Reviewing your support requests

To see all the tickets you have access to or just the ones you have raised, please click on [Requests] button in the top right corner and select:

  • Created by me
    If you want to see a list of all the tickets you have raised.

  • All
    If you want to see a list of all the tickets that you have either raised or you have been added as a participant or have been shared with you.
